First Impression Print & Design is customer centric, communication savvy, and always ready for a creative challenge. All this comes with a side of laughter and fun!

We’ve newly undergone a rebranding effort. Octopus and ink, get it? We can thank my son, Jake, for that!

We embrace our rich history and are poised for the future and what the digital world will bring. Our 15,000-square-foot facility houses the staff and resources to tackle any print or fulfillment job. Today’s fast-paced technological and information age requires maintaining a solid footing in the products and services that our customers have come to rely on us for – while also making room for new products and services that the customers expect and deserve.

The values of experience, relationships and integrity are key attributes ingrained in our belief that our customers are the most important aspect of our business. We take every relationship very personally and we are thankful for each and every customer. This is proven time and time again by the warm welcome as you enter and our counter staff knowing your name. We will make you feel that you are working with friends.

We promote a culture where we have fun, but safety is always foremost in all our minds. Work and family time are balanced (well, maybe a little skewed toward family).
